Great question, @Productify.

We should always keep in mind that there's a strong correlation between the number of experiments a team is able to run and its success rate (the process itself is the leading indicator of success).

So, the more resources they have at their disposal, more experiments they will be able to run, the more likely they will be to succeed.

With that said, growth teams will always live in the intersection of other teams. Breaking down silos, using resources from other areas, and gathering growth ideas across the board is fundamental.

Last thoughts: if it is an option, I'd definitely give growth team its own tech resources - however, they will still rely on the product team in some instances (code review, deploys, etc).
